Teymur Royal Site is a residential complex located in Tilmerç, one of the most valuable districts of Batman, Turkey, completed in 2020. The project was designed by Onurart Architecture and constructed by Teymur Construction.

The development consists of two residential blocks, with two apartments planned on each floor. Each apartment has an approximate area of 150 m², providing spacious and comfortable living environments.

Within the scope of the project, 030 Architekten contributed 30% to the conceptual design phase, 50% to the detailed design phase, and was fully responsible for the facade design and visualisation works.
