The project, located in Batman, Turkey, was completed in 2020 by OnurArt Architecture as a residential site, with construction carried out by HTB Construction. The project consists of four blocks, each with nine floors, and includes a commercial area on the ground floors. In total, it comprises 144 apartments. The building masses were strategically placed on the periphery of the site to maximize green space. 030 Architects contributed 20% of the conceptual design, 50% of the detailed design, and 100% of both the façade design and visualizations.
