The site project, located in Batman, Turkey, was completed in 2022 and designed by OnurArt Architecture as a residential development. Constructed by Setal Construction, the project is situated in the city center and consists of two blocks. It includes a total of 72 apartments, with four units on each floor, along with commercial spaces on the ground level. An underground parking system was designed to accommodate vehicles. Within the scope of the project, 030 Architekten contributed 30% to the conceptual design, 50% to the detailed design, and was fully responsible for the façade design and visualizations.
