Ausstellungsstrasse 29 is a residential building renovation project located in Vienna, Austria, completed in 2022. The project was designed by Peter Pan Gerl as a sensitive restoration that preserves the historical character of the existing structure. A plain and simple architectural language was adopted to respect and maintain the building’s historic texture while ensuring contemporary functionality. Within the scope of the project, 030  Architekten was not involved in the conceptual design phase, contributed 20% to the detailed design process, and was fully responsible for the facade design and visualisation works.
